Week #4, Project 52 – “Great Balls of Fire…”
This week’s photo captures a setting sun that is rather routine and unspectacular, except that it means our days are getting longer, warmer, and summer is quickly approaching. And that is as awesome as hell. This was taken about 8:30 Saturday evening as I was out walking the dog on the Tanana River. Temps were above +40. I had hoped for more clouds and more of a dramatic sunset, but I’ll settle for a ball of fire this time of year.
Taken with a Canon 5D3, 16-35mm at 28mm, 125 sec, f/11.0, iso 100, 3 shots +/- 2 stops Lightroom, Photomatix, Nik Color Efex.
